Game Overview

  • Kaabil: The Official Game is a story-driven, turn-based tactical puzzle game, inspired by Lara Croft GO.

  • Developed in collaboration with Filmkraft Productions, featuring Hrithik Roshan & Yami Gautam.

  • The game recreates the love, loss, and revenge theme of the 2017 movie Kaabil in an interactive experience.

 
Responsibilities & Contributions

📌 Core Game Design & Narrative Integration

  • Designed a story-driven tactical puzzle experience, ensuring a seamless blend of gameplay & narrative.

  • Developed 28 handcrafted levels, incorporating puzzle mechanics & stealth elements that align with the movie’s storyline.

  • Designed turn-based mechanics, allowing players to control both Hrithik & Yami in co-op mode, emphasizing stealth & strategic planning.

  • Balanced enemy AI & level difficulty, ensuring a challenging yet rewarding player experience.

  • Created intuitive tap & swipe controls, enabling accessible yet deep tactical gameplay.

  • Designed a strategic enemy system featuring:

    • 4 unique bosses, each with distinct weapons & abilities.

    • Guard & police patrol AI, requiring players to use traps & stealth tactics to progress.

  • Implemented an interactive collectibles system, encouraging players to discover hidden coins within levels.

  • Developed an in-game customization system, allowing players to modify:

    • Costumes, shoes, watches, and accessories for Rohan & Supriya.

  • Designed & balanced 15 high XP-value achievements, rewarding players with in-game currency upon completion.
